Buy in Swaythling

Swaythling is a popular area, especially with Students due to its close proximity to the University.

Swaythling was once a village but over the years it has gradually become a suburb and electoral ward of Southampton in Hampshire, England.

Residential Area

The area has a population of 13,394. Today it has a large student population thanks mainly to Wessex Lane Halls, one of the largest halls of residence in Europe. However the town does offer family housing semi-detached or terraced.

The area is host to a variety of different restaurants and pubs.
